A weak internet connection can interrupt the download.
Insert the USB flash drive into one of the USB ports on the side or back of the box.
Rename the downloaded file to update.zip (if instructed by the manufacturer) and copy it directly to the root directory of your FAT32 USB drive. Do not put it inside any folder.
