Simran's talents extend beyond acting. She is also a trained classical dancer, a choreographer, and a playback singer. She has also ventured into production. In October 2015, after the successful completion of two seasons of the reality show Dance Tamizha Dance , Simran and her husband set up a production studio called and launched new film projects. She also self-produced a Hindi music video titled "Mein Aur Meri Khwaishein".
