RK Android Tool is a Windows-based utility designed to flash firmware (ROM) onto Rockchip SoCs (System-on-Chips), such as the RK3128, RK3229, RK3288, RK3328, RK3368, RK3399, and newer RK35xx series. It communicates with the device when it is in or Loader Mode – low-level states that allow direct writing to the device’s NAND flash or eMMC storage, even when the main Android system is unbootable.
Before downloading or running RK Android Tool v2.3.9, you install the correct drivers. Without these, your computer will not recognize the device when it is in "Loader Mode" or "Mask ROM Mode."
Download the tool (usually provided as a ZIP or RAR archive) and extract it to a folder on your PC. Run RKAndroidTool.exe as Administrator.
Double-check the processor model of your device (e.g., RK3328 vs. RK3399) and download the correct matching stock firmware file. 3. "Check Chip Fail"

Click on settings and toggle on the option to allow app download.

Download VLAB HERE and log on Google Drive.
Click on download.
Click on download anyway.
Open the file, drop it to your desktop, and click VLAB.exe. Click on more details and on run anyway. Enjoy.
