The ASA is still pointing to an old ASDM image or the file is corrupted. Fix: Re-run asdm image flash:/asdm-7181-152.bin and verify the file checksum:
The output should display the path to your ASDM image. You can also run show version to confirm the ASA is set to boot with the correct software. asdm-7181-152.bin
